Clean power from local land

We plan, build, and run wind farms, solar parks, and battery sites, and pay landowners and communities for as long as they generate.

  • Wind turbines on rolling green farmland

Onshore wind, 6 to 60 MW

  • Aerial view of long rows of solar panels on grass

Solar parks with grazing between the rows

  • High-voltage equipment at an electrical substation

    Battery storage and grid connections

For 18 years we have built and run wind farms Wind turbines in open farmlandand solar parks on land that stays in farming. Together with our battery sites Equipment cabin beside a solar parkthey send clean power to more than 400,000 homes.

Built for land that keeps working

A fixed rent for 35 years, with the land still farmed

Onshore wind

Farms of 6 to 20 turbines at 4 to 6 MW each, sited away from homes and checked for noise, birds, and views.

Solar parks

Ground-mount arrays of 20 to 60 MW on lower-grade land, with sheep grazing between the rows.

Battery storage

Sites of 50 to 200 MWh that store spare daytime power and release it into the evening peak.

Grid connection

We secure the grid offer, build the substation, and agree the cable route with every landowner on it.

For landowners

A long lease that pays more than most crops

We lease land for 30 to 40 years at a rent per megawatt that rises with inflation. We pay for planning, surveys, and your legal advice, and we remove everything at the end.

What we look for

50 hectares or more for solar, or open upland for wind, within 5 km of a substation and clear of protected sites.

What you keep

Grazing rights, access to your fields, and the freedom to sell or pass on the farm with the lease in place.

How a site goes from a field to the grid

Site finding and survey

We measure wind speed or sunlight, grid capacity, ground conditions, and wildlife over 12 to 18 months before we commit.

What landowners and councils say

The farms, councils, and businesses that host our sites or buy their power.

“The rent arrives every quarter, the sheep still graze the field, and the team calls before anyone sets foot on the farm.”

“They held four open evenings before submitting plans. The community fund now pays for the village hall roof and a school minibus.”

“Our 12-year power purchase agreement covers 60% of the factory's use at a fixed price. Budgeting for energy is simple again.”
