Careers
Build the clean energy around you
We hire installers, electricians, and advisors who take pride in tidy work and honest advice. Train with us, grow with us, and see your work on the roofs you drive past.
Why work with us
A crew that looks after its people
Paid training and certification
Learn on real jobs with a mentor, and we cover your electrical and safety courses.
Steady, local work
Most jobs are within an hour of base, with regular hours and early finishes on Fridays.
Safety comes first
New harnesses, tools, and a van for every crew. No one goes up on a roof that isn't ready.
