Run a three-person crew on residential roofs, from first fixing to a clean handover.

You lead one of our rooftop crews. You plan the day with the project team, keep the site safe, and make sure every system is fitted to the drawing and left tidy.
What you'll do
- Lead a crew of two to three installers on residential jobs
- Check roof condition, layout, and fixings before work starts
- Fit rails, panels, and cabling to the design and local code
- Walk customers through their new system at handover
- Train apprentices on safe, tidy installation methods
What you bring
- Three or more years of solar or roofing experience
- Confident working at height with fall-arrest gear
- Valid driving licence
- Clear, friendly communication with homeowners
